RLA Polymers have been manufacturing and supplying carpet underlay via distributors for many years now.

Our products are well recognised in the market, and have been specified on many high profile jobs.

As manufacturers of both underlays and adhesives; we can offer not only a standard Double Stick System Specification and guarantee, but specific specialised system specifications, for a given critical, or unusual situation.

We can also custom manufacture product for a specific end use if required.

UL4405 Suportapad®

Suporta Pad Underlay is a SBR rubber sponge underlay designed for Double Bond installation in conjunction with modular carpet tiles. It is designed to provide protection and enhance the appearance of the tiles. It reduces pill distortion in low profile carpet modules while exhibiting a low deflection under vertical forces.

UL5115 Supalay®

Supalay is a SBR rubber sponge underlay designed for Double Bond Installation. It is produced in a continuous sheet with square trimmed edges.

UL5315 Bettalay®

Bettalay is a SBR rubber sponge underlay designed for Double Bond installation. It is produced in a continous sheet with square trimmed edges.

UL5370 Sportsmat®

Sportmat is a SBR rubber sponge underlay designed for double Bond installation. It is produced in a continous sheet with square trimmed edges.

UL5710 Simlay®

Simlay is a SBR rubber sponge underlay designed for double Bond installation. It is produced in a continous sheet with square trimmed edges.
